Week 33

We just got back from a quick trip to Madison, Indiana. This meant no cooking for about two days. That is a good and a bad thing. Bad, Taco Bell. Good, Chickiepoo;s (in Madison), make that Very Good. So now I am back, Spring is in my bones and I feel like hopping like a bunny. I am planting seeds, having garden dreams, and obsessively checking the bulbs I planted last fall, which are slowly poking up out the sleepy soil. This may be the thing to break me of my muffin addiction and get me back on the green smoothie train.

Hip hip hooray!!

Menu:

Chicken Saag and roasted cauliflower

Salad Pizza - we've had this almost every week, good stuff

Shrimp Rolls and broccoli slaw

Smoked Salmon Chowder - from (Time for Dinner, p. 261), and bread.

Avgolemeno, bread, and salad. (TFD, p. 119)
