Week 50

I'm FIFTY, FIFTY years old!  Okay, this will be quick.  So I am on a bit of a calorie restriction right now, somehow I managed to gain 15 pounds in a year (cakes, I am looking at you...), so I am trying to eat healthier, but not too healthy.  Just portion control, really...


So here it is:

Kale and Quinoa plus Acorn Squash

Pumpkin Saag (Good Moses, when will I actually make this?)

Salmon and Brussel Sprouts (best recipe for brussels I have had)

Hamburgers and Broccoli Bites

Potstickers and Edamame

Tempeh Curry and Wild Rice

And there it is folks!
