First of 2012! Hooray! From now on, I promise the best, and only the best, meals. Since this is the last year on the planet (however, I thought, 1999, was also going to be the last year on the planet...), it ought to be yummy. Which stinks when I am on a caloric restriction. Ugh. Ah well. So far I have lost over ten pounds, and may have gained a few over the holiday. But the food was worth it, my friends! It is true that we were going through an alarming amount of butter.
