Week 130

Glorious! I saw the first crocus poking out today. I can do this, guys, I can do life again. Every spring, I am reminded of how much I love everything and everyone. I am like a bunny, hopping down the street handing everyone bunches of flowers. It is still a bit chilly, but I can handle that! I really can.

I am still transitioning to the idea of spring food, but once Easter hits, I will be in it to win it.

Menu:

Baked Potato Soup + Bread

Old School Sloppy Joe's + Sweet Potato Fries

Gingered Chickpea Curry (x2) + Roasted Cauli

Salmon + Broccoli

Corned Beef and Cabbage + Potatoes + Irish Soda Bread

Goat Cheese Mushroom Pasta + Greens
