Week 156

Spring Break is coming to a close. It's been real. It's been fun. And it's been really fun! We were in Memphis last week and got to see some actual sun. This was life affirming! Hopefully Mr. Sun decides to hang out here in Indy!

Menu:

Thai Beef with Basil + Cauli

Chicken Enchiladas + Salad

Garlicky Lentil Soup + Bread

Asparagus Goat Cheese Pasta + Kale Salad

Creamy Beans + Eggs + Broccoli

Orange Chicken + Edamae

Baked Potato Bar + Cauli + Bnut Squash

Peanut Butter Chocolate Tart (just because)
