We have a lot going on this week, so I have tried to keep it simple. I am also going to try and actually "learn" recipes, so I can eventually just cook without always needing some sort of guide. I am sure that will speed up the process. In order to learn a recipe, I am going to repeat it every week. This month: frittatas - not really hard and leaves a lot of wiggle room to add different elements into it.

chicken in marmalade glaze and roasted mushrooms, kale salad
