Week 30

Greetings from the land of the sick. We have all been trading around a lovely cold that has left all in the family feeling achey and bitter. What better way to start the week, right? From how I feel at the moment, this meal plan seems much too ambitious. But it is written in hopes that my head will stop feeling as though it is made of cement and that my bones will stop complaining whenever I am not in the horizontal position.

Go Team:

Steak and Guinness pie - (Jamie at Home, p. 342), served with broccoli (or kale) - I have made this before and I remember it being a pain. But it was good, so maybe a once a year type project.

Roast carrot and Avocado salad (Jamie at Home - p. 370)

Sesame noodles - (Time for Dinner - p. 150)

Fish and wild rice, broccoli

Wagon Wheel pasta with goat cheese, salad (Time for Dinner, p. 87)

Still haven't made pink milk cake. Will report on its awesomeness next week.
