We had a nice weather tease this week and it has put my mind more on gardening, than cooking. So this is a bit uninspired. Anyhoo, I am going to try and do a pizza Friday type of thing, thought with the hubband schedule, trying anything on a weekly basis never works really well. Also, two different slaws. I don't know what that means, I may have a slaw problem.
So here it is mateys:
Pizza - I am going to try the homemade crust and salad pizza idea from DALS (Dinner a love story blog - awesome blog).
Shrimp Rolls and veg slaw
Pulled Brisket, slaw, and pickled onion on tortillas
Garden burgers and sweet potato fries
Kale and bean soup, bread
Pasta with tomato cream sauce
And, perhaps, a pie (Blackberry and apple)
