Just another week in the gray, gray month of January. I could bellyache a bit about it, but my grandma raised me not to be a bellyacher - so I will zip it. The coffee hasn't kicked in yet, so this is about all I've got.
Food I plant to consume:
Burritos
Lasagna + Salad (not making this from scratch, I plan to make it on my "fast" day, as I am not into lasagna and it will be easy)
Goat Cheese Souffle + Kale Salad (carry over)
Ginger Curried Chickpeas (carry over)
Sweet Potato Salad + Greens + Wild Rice
Mushroom Masala Baked Pasta + Bnut Squash
Goat Cheese and Zucchini Frittata + Green Beans
Ummm... and this Key Lime Pie
