Week 175

No more Whole30!! Yay! I learned a bit about some of my habits and weaknesses. I also learned that I love spiralizing vegetables.  I am super over coconut milk in my coffee. And I fully having tortilla chips back in my life.

So here is the menu for the week:

Lemongrass coconut drumsticks + Roasted Asparagus + Rice

Spaghetti Squash + Meatballs + Salad

Asian Meatballs + Apricot Sauce + Cauli Fried "Rice"

Instant Pot Salsa Chicken Tacos + Veggies

Chana Masala + Rice + Crack Broccoli

Spinach and Feta Quiche + Baked Cauli
