Week 174

Still doing Whole30. I am really liking the meals so far, it is more dishes than I care to do, but if anything I have learned to rely less on carby fillers to make a meal. Instead, I am adding more veggies, which is a great habit. I will admit, I miss bread, nachos, and lemon bars! I'm still human!

Menu:

Zoodles and Shrimp + Roasted Cauli

Lemongrass Coconut Chicken + Cauli Rice

Eggroll in a Bowl

Roasted Chicken and Veg

Carrot Cardamom Soup + Salad

Cabbage Stirfry
